Flashpub serves as a dual-purpose platform, acting as both a dashboard for tracking COVID-19 outbreaks and a scientific journal that prioritizes accessibility through its affordable pricing, in contrast to expensive journals that may limit access to a select few. This commitment to accessibility helps foster greater dissemination of scientific knowledge within the scientific community.

During the initial stages of the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work as a UX Designer for Flashpub. As a volunteer, I supported the CEO and developers in creating the COVID-19 dashboard, which tracked outbreaks and hospital bed availability in a city. My responsibilities encompassed designing the dashboards, website, and other marketing assets, aimed at assisting the CEO in securing funding for the project.
