As the UX Lead for our client Sharemeister, I work closely with the CEO, engaging in collaborative discussions to generate solutions that align with his vision. Following these meetings, I translate our ideas into actionable sprints and visual representations. My goal is to ensure that the sprints are in line with the CEO's budget and feasible for the development team to execute. Throughout this process, I keep the users' needs and preferences at the forefront while also incorporating the CEO's design preferences and tastes.

To streamline and maintain consistency in the design process, I have developed a comprehensive design system for Sharemeister. This system serves as a valuable resource for other designers and developers, enabling them to scale up designs efficiently and refer back to established guidelines. As a result, we maintain a cohesive user experience across the entire platform, which is crucial for a worldwide platform like Sharemeister that enjoys extensive usage.

Beyond my responsibilities as the UX Lead, I also create prototypes for the CEO, which he utilizes to present his ideas and vision during important meetings, such as those with stakeholders from the World Economic Forum. These prototypes play a pivotal role in enhancing his communication, allowing stakeholders to better grasp his concepts and provide valuable feedback. This collaborative approach ensures that Sharemeister continues to thrive and meets the needs of its global user base effectively.
